Pam Scherer, Lead Teacher Junior Kindergarten
Pam Scherer joined PHCP in 2013 as the assistant in the 2’s classroom and is currently a lead teacher in the Monkey’s Junior Kindergarten class. She holds a bachelor’s degree in childhood education from the University of Maryland. Previously, she taught in the Prince George’s County school system for 16 years. Her assignments included teaching 3rd and 4th grade students for several years before moving to a position where she taught literature to K – 8 students for the remainder of her career. She took a break from teaching to raise her son and daughter and has lived in the Riverside Gardens community since 2001.
