Leigh Pond, Lead PreK Teacher
Leigh has been teaching for over 10 years but began teaching at PHCP in 2022. Prior to PHCP, her teaching experiences include 3 years of preschool teaching and 5 years of elementary teaching experience in Alexandria City Public Schools. Leigh holds a M.Ed. from Marymount University, and a B.A. degree from Franklin and Marshall College. She was first introduced to PHCP when her oldest daughter, Emma, was in the Frogs class in 2016. Her middle daughter, Anna, also attended PHCP and her youngest, Henry, is currently a student at PHCP. Leigh loves teaching, taking her children on adventures, nature walks and gardening.
